-UN- Accademy

Now -UN- has started the Academy
Before we had practice -UN-W ( UN War dogs) which was disbanded after starting conflict with Drunks
Now Can you define clearly the policies of-UN-A as is there any security that it will not involve in any conflict like 2blades were.
Because we are sending our less score members/Weak members in academy, so, they will cut out from big alliance,
We can increase participation here like CT`s & trade Treaties, and also Garrison rights but still here is a question that , is it fruitful or it will also ended like -UN-W???
